On 7/13/2021 while parked the front passenger headrest deployed on my 2015 Dodge Journey. Grasp the deployed AHR from the rear seat. The first one happened while driving the van, though fortunately while stopped at a light. The plastic brackets are broken inside so there is no way to reset it. If you are too and/or you have a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge or know someone who does that could be effected by their dishonest business practices forward this to them. If your part number is not on this list, no worries we still reset it as long as your vehicle is year 1997 and up. No real way to reset it as plastic pin broke. Just happened while parked. 2014 Town and Country Drivers Side Headrest opened. Thankfully no one was sitting in that seat at the moment. That was when the headrest popped. One day while sitting at a red light the headrest deployed and hit me in the back of the head. This happened to me while sitting still in my 2013 Town and Country. Passenger side just deployed. I took it in for the recall this month and am waiting for the replacement. My mechanic informed my about the class action suit.
